1000 to 1100 PT.
The new deadbeat bidder policy goes into effect 26 Dec 99. The Final
Value Fee Credit Request Form is unavailable until the morning of
26 December 99. All sellers should use the new form beginning 26 Dec.
Sellers with auctions that ended more than 45 days ago (but less than 60
days ago) who wish to file a final value fee credit after the new policy
goes into effect on 26 Dec, should send non-paying bidder
