eBay Ð has changed the listing page after many requests, to reflect
the statement that seller ships to home country only.   This is the
default selection, so if you WILL ship internationally, remember to
check off the appropriate block.

Still nothing from eBay on the spider, eight days after they agreed to
give our ISP the information they needed to stop the alleged spider.
We sent the following email to eBay today Ð Quote -Hi Isabel, In our
conversation on 9 Nov, when our ISP subnet was unblocked, you said you
would provide us with logs so that we could track down the perpetrator
who according to eBay, is using a spider from an IP on our subnet -
208.223.113.x.   It is now the 17th, and we still have not received any
of the information   from you that we need to solve this problem. Since
eBay found it a sufficiently critical problem to block without notice,
the 254 innocent people on this subnet, in order to stop this spider,
why is it no longer a critical problem? Please   send this information
as promised.   Thank you. - End Quote
