eBay US- Regularly scheduled maintenance 00:00 PT through 04:00 PT.
This will shift to 01:00 PT – 05:00 PT on 14 Nov.

As of yet the two users who eBay threatened to permanently NARU if they
post on the public boards re the babysitr shill ring are still posting,
and still not NARU. The involved members and their supporters are
emailing eBay in the hopes of getting clear answers in this NON-eBay
related issue, that eBay is trying to control via section 7 of the users

eBay has had ongoing problems and outages during the past few weeks.
At 11:55 PT today the pic server went down, preventing all eBay icons
from loading. In a situation such as this, the best thing to do once
the text has loaded is to hit stop, and then navigate via the text bar
at the bottom of the eBay page. This problem continued up until the
shutdown for the regularly scheduled downtime.

Ebay has blocked all access to the Auction Watch meta search engine.
There are many media reports on this issue, and threads on AW. In
a quote from the CNET report by Troy Wolverton, quote-…eBay vice
president and general counsel Michael Jacobson wrote in a letter
yesterday to AuctionWatch. Jacobson added that eBay intends to block
AuctionWatch's search engine and none of its other features. endquote

We have emailed eBay in regards to eBay blocking one of our ISPs.
We received an automated message back today –Thurs at 6:03 AM,
and await their research and analysis of the cause and solution to this
