EBAY US 10 CENT FIXED PRICE LISTING PROMOTION

ebaY is holding a one day promotion for www.ebay.com, www.ebay.ca and
www.ebaymotors.com (for non-vehicles listings), for fixed price listings
only, where the fee will be 10 cents. The promotion starts on
Wednesday,
15 March 2006 at 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second) and ends that
same day, Wednesday, 15 March 2006 at 23:59:59 PT (11:59 PM plus 59
seconds). Listings, which were created prior to 15 March 2006 and
scheduled to start during the promotional period, will also be eligible
for the special promotional rate.
Excluded are ebaY Motors vehicles, international, live auction,
professional services, real estate/ad format, and store inventory
listings. Also, the following business & industrial categories are
excluded from this promotion: tractors & farm machinery (category
#91952), heavy equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145),
imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts
(97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment
(92082), and commercial printing presses (26247).
In order to use a fixed price listing with a quantity of one, you must
either have 10 or more feedback or be ID verified. If you have a PayPal
account you need to have 5 or more feedback and accept PayPal as a
payment method in the listing.
To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, you must
have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at
least 14 days (or be ID Verified). If you have a PayPal account and
accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating
needs to be 15 or more.
There is no residency requirement for this promo, but sellers must be
willing to accept US dollars and ship to the US. Please remember the
time differences between whatever country you are in and the US.
