EBAY US FIXED PRICE LISTING HALF PRICE PROMOTION
************************************************************

On Tuesday 22 Nov 2005 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on
Tuesday 22 Nov 2005) and ending that same day, 22 Nov 2005 at 23:59:59 PT(11:59 PM
plus 59 seconds) sellers will pay half price for fixed price listings only, on
ebaY US.

Excluded are Auction-style listings, Auction-style listings with Buy it
Now Listing Upgrade, ebaY Motors vehicles and non-vehicles listings, International, Live
Auction, Professional
Services, Ad Format, Real Estate and Store Inventory listings. The
promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date prior to 22 Nov 2005 - including
those listings revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also does
not apply to listings created on 22 Nov 2005 and scheduled to start after the promotion ends.

Also excluded are Business & Industrial categories: excluded from the
50% Off Fixed Price Sale: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy equipment (25249),
concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and
other lifts (97185), manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082) and
commercial printing presses (26247).
All other fees apply.

To create a fixed price listing with a quantity of one, sellers must
have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified ). If you have a PayPal account and accept
PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback rating needs to be 5 or
more. To create a
fixed price listing with a quantity of two or more, sellers must have a
feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for at least 14 days (or be ID
Verified). If you have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing,
your feedback rating needs to be 15 or more.

TAG thinks this is a pretty pathetic promotion as ebaY CA got a 10 cent
listing day on all fixed priced and auction listings yesterday.   But then it appears that
ebaY no longer concerns itself with the US market except as a source of buyers, sellers
are no longer a priority.

EBAY UK AND IRELAND AUCTION AND FIXED PRICE
10 PENCE/10 EURO PROMOTION

On Thursday 24 November 2005 between 00:00:01 GMT until 23:59:59 GMT,
ebaY UK and ebaY Ireland will hold a 10 pence (UK) and 10 Cent euro (Ireland)
promotion. Only listings in British Pounds Sterling on ebaY.co.uk will qualify for 10p insertion
fees, and euros on ebaY.ie will qualify for the 10 cent promo. Included are auction-style
listings, auction with Buy It Now and fixed price (Buy It Now).   Any item previously
scheduled to go live on Thursday 24 Nov 2005 will qualify for the 10 pence/10 cent euro
insertion fee promotion. Included are items listed in the Automotive (Cars, Classic Cars,
Motorcycles or Other Vehicles) and Property categories.If you re-list an item on Thursday
24th November that had previously closed without a successful sale, the re-list will
qualify for the 10 pence insertion fee promotion, inline with eBay's standard re-list policy.
ebaY will charge the buy it now listing upgrade fee for auctions with buy it now

Excluded are - multiple item listing format (also known as Dutch
Auctions), identical listings that do not comply with ebaY's duplicate listings policy,
shops inventory format.
All other ebaY fees apply.

If the listing is listed in 2 categories, the insertion fee will be
10p/10 cents times 2 ie 20 pence/20 cents euro. If you revise a qualifying listing created on
24th November at a later date, you will be charged the normal insertion fee, NOT the 10
pence promotional fee.   If your item qualifies for this promotion, the "sell your item"
form will show that a 10p/10 cent euro insertion fee has been charged
