eBay US – With the new user agreement in effect less than 5 days, eBay
has once again proved TAGnotes was accurate in its interpretation of
what ebay SAID, by threatening two users that they will be suspended
and will not be reinstated for any reason, if they send emails, post
information to public boards: contact information, or any further
discussion, make phone calls, etc. See Auction Watch thread -

eBay has had repeated outages during the past three days. Their
explanation was that there was a hardware problem, so they moved
the site over to the warm backup site, and are fixing the problems.
We take back ½ of a Gold star from Michael Wilson because some of
the language used was obfuscation, and would have been better if
it was plain truth. Performance issues INDEED !!!!!
