On Thursday 12 May 2005 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second
on 12 May 2005) and ending that same day, Thu 12 May 2005 between at
23:59:59 PT(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds), ebaY will charge 10 cents for
all fixed price listings. All listings must start during the
promotional period.

Not included are auction-style listings, auction-style listings with
buy it now listing upgrade, ebaY Motors vehicles and non-vehicles
listings, international, live auction, professional services, and
store inventory listings. Also excluded, are the following business
and industrial categories: tractors & farm machinery (91952), heavy
equipment (25249), concession trailers, carts (67145), imaging and
aesthetics equipment (92035), forklifts and other lifts (97185),
manufacturing equipment (92080), metalworking equipment (92082)
and commercial printing presses (26247).

All other fees apply.

To create a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of one, sellers must
have a feedback rating of 10 or more (or be ID Verified ). If you
have a PayPal account and accept PayPal as a payment method on
the listing, your feedback rating needs to be 5 or more. To create
a Fixed Price listing with a quantity of two or more, sellers must
have a feedback rating of 30 or more and be a registered user for
at least 14 days (or be ID Verified). If you have a PayPal account
and accept PayPal as a payment method on the listing, your feedback
rating needs to be 15 or more.
