On Tuesday 31 Aug 04, ebaY will hold a one day special
promotion on ebaY US and ebaY CA, including ebaY Motors
non-vehicle listings, where all auction listing fees will be 50% off.

Dutch items are included in this promotion. In the US, the
promotion runs from 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one second on
31 Aug 2004) until 23:59:59 PT on 31 Aug 2004 (11:59 PM plus
59 seconds).   In Canada the promotion runs from 00:00:01 EDT
to 23:59:59 EDT on 31 Aug 04.

Excluded are Fixed price, ebaY Motors vehicles, Ad Format,
International, Live Auction, Professional Services, and Store
Inventory listings. The promotional rate does not apply to listings
with a start date prior to 31 August 2004 - including those listings
revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also
does not apply to listings created during the promotional period
and scheduled to start after the promotion ends, 31 August
2004. ebaY will charge all optional listing feature fees including:
Buy It Now, Bold, Highlight, Category Featured, Gallery, Gallery
Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services, Scheduled Listings,
Reserve listing fee, Picture Services, Picture Pack, Slide Show,
Supersize Pictures, and extended duration fees.
