EBAY US LISTING PRICE CAP AT 50 CENTS ON TUESDAY
27 JULY 2004 FOR AUCTION AND FIXED PRICE LISTING FORMATS

On Tuesday 27 July 04, ebaY US will hold a one day special
promotion, where all Auction and Fixed Price listing formats will
be capped at 50 cents. The promotion runs from 00:00:01 PT
(12:00 AM plus one second on 27 July 2004) and ending
23:59:59 PT on 27 July 2004 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).

Excluded are ebaY Motors vehicles and ebaY Motors Parts and
Accessories listings, Real Estate, Ad Format, International, Live
Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings. The
promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date
before 27 July, including those listings revised during the
promotional period. The promotional rate does not apply to
listings created on 27 July but scheduled to start after the
promotion ends. ebaY will charge all optional listing feature fees
including: Buy It Now, Bold, Highlight, Category Featured,
Gallery, Gallery Featured, Listing Designer, Gift Services,
Scheduled Listings, Reserve listing fee, Picture Services, Picture
Pack, Slide Show, Supersize Pictures, extended duration
surcharge for Regular auction-style and Fixed Price listings.
