EBAY US AND EBAY CA 10 CENT LISTING FEE PROMOTION
ON 10 JUNE 2004 FOR FIXED PRICE LISTINGS ONLY

On Thursday 10 June 04, ebaY will hold a one day special
promotion on ebaY US, ebaY CA and ebaY Motors (non-vehicle
listings only), where all fixed price listings will cost 10 cents to
list. This applies to all fixed price listings started between
00:00:01 PT - 12:00 AM plus one second on Thur 10 Jun, and
ending 23:59:59 PT - 11:59 PM plus 59 seconds on 10 Jun. In
Canada, promotion runs from 00:00:01 ET (12:00 AM plus one
second on Thursday 10 June 04) and ending 23:59:59 ET,
Thursday 10 June 04 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). This
includes listings created before 10 Jun and scheduled to start
on 10 Jun.

Excluded are ebaY Motors vehicles listings, International, Live
Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings. The
promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date
before 10 Jun - including those listings revised during the
promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to
listings created on 10 Jun and scheduled to start after the
promotion ends. ebaY will charge all optional listing feature fees
including: Buy It Now, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Bold, Home
Page Featured, Gallery Featured, Gift Services, Reserve listing
fee, Listing Designer, Picture Services, Slide Show, Supersize
Picture, and extended duration surcharges.
