EBAY US 50 CENT MAXIMUM LISTING FEE PROMOTION
23 MARCH 2004 FOR AUCTIONS AND FIXED PRICE LISTINGS
************************************************************
On Tuesday 23 March, ebaY will hold a one day special
promotion on ebaY US and ebaY Motors (non-vehicle listings
only), where all listing fees will be capped at 50 cents. This
applies to all auction and fixed price listings started between
00:00:01 PT - 12:00 AM plus one second on Tue 23 Mar, and
ending 23:59:59 PT - 11:59 PM plus 59 seconds on 23 March.
This includes listings created before 23 Mar and scheduled to
start during the promotional period.

Excluded are ebaY Motors vehicles listings, International, Live
Auction, Professional Services, and Store Inventory listings. The
promotional rate does not apply to listings with a start date
before 23 Mar - including those listings revised during the
promotional period. The promotional rate also does not apply to
listings created on 23 Mar and scheduled to start after the
promotion ends Mar. ebaY will charge all optional listing feature
fees including: Buy It Now, Featured Plus!, Highlight, Bold,
Home Page Featured, Gallery Featured, Gift Services, Reserve
listing fee, Listing Designer, Picture Services, Slide Show,
Supersize Picture, and extended duration surcharges.
