EBAY HALF PRICE REFUND ON LISTINGS IN COLLECTIBLE, STAMP AND COIN
CATEGORIES FOR ITEMS STARTING AT 99 CENTS NO RESERVE

In a very limited promotion, ebaY will refund 15 cents of the listing
fee on items listed between today 7 Oct 03 through 23:59:59 PT Thu 9 Oct
03 (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds) in the Collectibles, Coins and Stamps
categories only, for items with an opening bid of 99 cents or less and
no reserve. The refund will show up on invoices in mid November.

The item must start between 7-9 Oct 03 and be a single quantity auction
style or single quantity fixed price listing.

NOT INCLUDED -
Any category other than those in Collectibles, Stamps and Coins
Any multiple quantity listing or dutch auctions
Live auctions, professional services or store listings
Auctions with a reserve price, or an opening price over 99 cents
All other listing upgrade fees - buy it now, featured plus, highlight,
bold, home page featured, gallery, gallery featured, gift services,
scheduled listings, listing designer, reserve listing fee, picture
services, picture pack, slide show, supersize picture, extended duration
surcharge for auction-style and fixed price listings.
