23:59:59 PT FRI 13 JUNE 03 (11:59 PM PLUS 59 SECONDS).

ebaY is holding a 15 cent discount promotion on listing fees
from Wed 11 Jun 2003 between 00:00:01 PT (12:00 AM plus one
second) and 23:59:59 PT Fri 13 June 2003 (11:59 PM plus 59
seconds). This is only for items listed with a starting price of
$9.99 or less on the U.S. site www.ebay.com. Listings created
prior to 11 Jun 03 and scheduled to start during the promotional
period 11-13 Jun 2003 will be eligible for the promotional rate.
Dutch Auctions or Fixed Price listings can only have a TOTAL
listing price value of $9.99 or less.

The insertion fees for Regular Auction-Style, Fixed Price, and
ebaY Motors non-vehicles listings whose starting price is less
than or equal to $9.99 will be 15 cents. This promotion will not
apply to ebaY Motors vehicles, International, Live Auction, Real
Estate, Professional Services and Store Inventory listings.

ebaY will charge all other fees (including Insertion Fees for
starting prices greater than $9.99, Reserve Fees, Final Value
Fees and all other optional listing upgrade fees, such as Buy It
Now, Highlight, Gallery Featured, Feature Plus, Listing Designer,
Gift Services, Bold, extended duration insertion fees, etc.) at their
regular prices. The promotional rate does not apply to listings
with a start date before 11 Jun 03, including those listings
revised during the promotional period. The promotional rate also
does not apply to listings created during the promotional period,
11-13 Jun 2003 but scheduled to start after 13 Jun 2003. There
is no discount to list in a second category you and ebaY will
charge the standard insertion and listing upgrade fees for listing
in the second category.

Items listed on 12 Jun 2003 between 00:00:01 BT (12:00:001
am BT) and 23:59:59 BT (11:59:59 pm BT) will be eligible for a
refund of the listing fee and PayPal transaction fees - IF - the
item is paid for using PayPal and completed by 23:59:59 BT
(11:59:59 pm) on 11 JULY 2003 BT. If the buyer chooses
another way to pay, the seller will NOT get their listing fee
refunded.

Sellers must -
(1) list their items on eBay.co.uk on 12 Jun 03 BT
(2) select PayPal in the Sell Your Item form
(3) receive a completed PayPal payment by 23:59:59 BT
(11:59:59 pm) on 11 JULY 2003 BT.
(4) have the final selling price be under £1,000.

For ebaY: ebaY will only refund standard insertion fees. Optional
feature fees such as Gallery, Bold, Reserve Price, Featured, Buy
It Now option on auction-format listings, or Final Value fees, are
not included.
For PayPal: PayPal will only refund Receiving fees and
cross-border fees. Other fees, including withdrawal or return
fees, are not included.
