ebaY UK is holding a fixed price only free listing day WEDNESDAY 19
FEBRUARY 2003, between 00:00:01 GMT (12:00:001am) and 23:59:59 GMT
(11:59 PM plus 59 seconds). All insertion fees for Fixed Price listings
will be $0.00 on the ebaY U.K. Site (eBay.co.uk). Listings in Automotive
& Real Estate ARE included in this promotion.

ebaY UK is very unclear on this since they call both Buy It Now and
Fixed Price, Buy It Now features, but it appears that to sell with Buy
It Now(and by extension Fixed Price), you must have either a minimum
feedback rating of 10, or be signed up for Direct Debit

There is lots of old and inaccurate info on the ebaY UK site, as many
pages have not been updated to reflect site changes (such as the removal
of Billpoint and UK Stores)

Remember - To participate - you must list in UK pounds and be willing to
accept UK pounds in payment (though you may express a preference for US
dollars). You must be willing to ship to the UK. You must list on the
UK site (just use your regular ebaY registration info for whatever
country you list in - you do NOT need to register again on ebaY UK) You
must check off the option to list the items in the US also if you want
your US buyers to see them, or you can list them internationally so they
show on all sites. Don't forget the 5+ hour time differences between the
US and UK.

NOT INCLUDED -
Regular auction-style, Regular auction-style listings with Buy It Now,
and ebaY will charge all special feature fees.
