The ebaY PayPal buyout has been approved by the
Dept of Justice without restriction and rubber stamped by the
FTC. This deal can be modified, restricted or stopped if we can
all influence our State Attorneys General to take legal action, or if
individuals or companies bring an antitrust lawsuit. If you search
for your state's website. it should have a link to contact your
State's Attorney General. Try a Google search from -

ebaY UK is holding a free listing day on Thursday 29 Aug
for both Auction and Buy It Now formats.

*All auction, Fixed Price or Buy it Now (BIN) items that are listed
on ebaY UK (i.e. in British Pounds Sterling) between
00:00:001am BST and 11:59:59pm BST on Thursday 29 Aug will
be free to list. ebaY UK will still charge Reserve and Final Value
fees. Auction BIN is not included and will incur a fee.
*Listings are free for all categories excluding Autos and Real
Estate.
*ebaY will charge regular fees for Featured Auctions, Bold,
Category Features and Gallery and Buy It Now in Auctions.

Remember - To participate - you must list in UK pounds and be
willing to accept UK pounds in payment (though you may
express a preference for US dollars). You must be willing to
ship to the UK. You must list on the UK site (just use your
regular ebaY registration info for whatever country you list in - you
do NOT need to register again on ebaY UK) You must check off
the option to list the items in the US also if you want your US
buyers to see them, or you can list them internationally so they
show on all sites. Don't forget the 5+ hour time differences
between the US and UK.
