Still no further response from eBay about the spamming incident.
will try one more option before filing formal complaints with
BBBonline and TRUSTe. Last information request sent 23 Oct.
Ebay has NARUed carsonline/Kruse/eBay and now has NARUed
krcollectible/Kruse/eBay . In an email exchange with an eBay
employee/exec today we were told- quote - we do know the resentment
that this sort of incident generates and we regret it terribly. We
certainly don't need to create ill will however, the situation is
singular. It would be impossible for us to fire or to suspend Kruse
International itself for the error as they are, in effect an actual
corporate part of eBay itself. We wrote back and pointed out how
Kruse/eBay had violated (in addition to the shill feedback) the
employee disclosure rules-

1, 4 and possibly 3, 5, and 6, since Krause is owned by eBay, is
its address equal to an eBay address?
Another interesting site to check out is –

site domain is registered by Auction Technologies, who has additional
domains for Kruse International, Kruse Auctions, eBay associate, Yahoo

logo on their eBay assoc page.

Yahoo – still can’t raise a response from a live person about their
extremely outdated (Aug) announcement board and calendar (8 emails
over 2 months – the only relatively live answer was to clear my cache-
are they hiring the same support folks as eBay???)
Still like their listing and relisting forms, and the control sellers
have over how the auctions are conducted.
