ebaY is holding a free listing day on Sunday 30 December 2001 on ebaY UK
for listings in GBP (Pounds Sterling) between: 00:00:01am GMT and
23:59:59 pm GMT. Seller can be located anywhere, but must list on the
ebaY UK site, be willing to ship to the UK and must also offer the
option of accepting payment in GBP (Great Britain Pounds). Insertion
fees are the only fees refunded, all other fees apply. There are not
too many details on the site of exactly what the rules are, so sellers
might have to use a trial listing to see exactly what is refunded.   
Though the FLD page appears to say that the fee for a second category is
not included, TAG is not sure ebaY even has the capability of charging
for one category only. There was much confusion during the ebaY US FLD
about second category listings, which eventually ebaY confirmed would be
free.
