ebaY is holding a free listing day on Thu 27 Dec between 12:00:01AM ET
and     23:59:59 ET ebaY Motors is included but Real Estate listings are
not. Once a seller lists an item, their account will be charged the
full listing fee then instantaneously refunded the same amount.   Seller
can be located anywhere, but must list on the ebaY Canada site, be
willing to ship to Canada and must also offer the option of accepting
payment in Canadian dollars. There are not too many details on the site
of exactly what the rules are, so sellers might have to use a trial
listing to see exactly what is refunded (such as fees for a second
category - it usually IS free but there was much confusion during the
ebaY US FLD).
