On 21 May at 15:56:15 PT users reported error messages coming up
when trying to access various ebaY pages. Cgi 3 was intermittently
unavailable and users reported that AOL hosted images were not
showing on auctions. At 16:29:14 PT Mister Lister went down. The
problems appeared to be intermittent and short lived.

Don't take no for an answer, keep requesting until you get them.

For sellers who feel they have not had adequate refunds, that ebaY is
restraining trade, defrauding sellers by not providing the services
paid for, or other situations not dealt with to your satisfaction,
you can file reports with The Attorney General of California and
also in your home state

Infopia in answering a few questions put to them by TAG, feels
their site is 100% MAC compatible, because all their tools are web
based, and is not sure of their WebTV compatibility. If users sign
up at the promotional rate, and end their relationship after 25 days,
if they decide to try the site for a certain product at a later date,
the seller will need to register from the beginning, with no historical
data saved. If a seller used the site past the initial month, and
cancelled at a later date, they can reactivate their account at any
time. This user would not have to start over with a new account and
would not lose any historical data. Infopia would charge the seller for
the months they are active, and not for the months they were not active.
This might be useful for sellers who come across large quantities of
like merchandise on an irregular basis. For more information about
Infopia, Q&A is at
http://www.infopia.com/sitefaq.html take the tour at
http://www.infopia.com/tour.html and review the live demo at
http://www.infopia.com/demoaccount.html

Pricing is at http://www.infopia.com/pricing.html, and
sellers pay a flat fee to Infopia, plus any fees incurred at the sites
the seller selects for the listings to go to. Sellers can pay month by
month or get a discount for 6 month or 12 month contracts.
