Persist in the face of ebaYs NO. A different support person may
give you a different response. If you are sure you are not going
to get a refund, report ebaY to the FTC for taking your money
whilst not giving the paid for service.
http://www.ftc.gov/
In addition, since you are now paying for a 10 day auction, you
should apply for a refund anytime that 10 day auction is not
provided by ebaY. If refused refunds, report to the FTC.

ebaY and boats.com announced an exclusive alliance to create an

PINK Quote of the Day
In reference to complaints made about all the competing banners ads,
Katy@ebaY Feb-14-01 at 22:39:37 PT
"I understand how you feel, but since partnerships and links of this
kind are usually reciprocal, eBay believes that they bring in new
bidders as well."
A quick check of the banners as they came up shows -
Network Solutions - no link to ebaY on page banner takes you to,
or on the Network Solution home page
Netscape - no link to ebaY on page banner takes you to, or on
Netscape home page
General Motors - no link to ebaY on page banner takes you to,
or on the General Motors home page
eLance - has a back to ebaY link on the page the banner takes
you to but no ebaY link on eLance home page

contact with your sellers to answer questions during an auction,
and as a method for finalizing shipping arrangements when the
auction is completed. There is no charge to use the SmoothSale
button on your ebaY auctions. http://www.smoothsale.com/
