eBay at 11:36:04 PT on 14 Jul reported that search by description
went down at 10:00 PT. At 12:41PT they reported that they had
fixed it as of 11:47. If you feel your auctions were negatively
impacted by a buyers inability to fully search for your item
we recommend you request a refund of your fees by emailing

eBay reported at 15:55 PT that Billpoint went down at 15:36 PT
at 16:23 they reported it back in service as of 16:06 PT .
