WebSabre.com The latest entry into the auction management tool
business is a conglomeration site out of Buffalo, NY. They just
purchased SamCool.Com and Ricks Planet. SamCool started as an
online collectibles mall and collector information forum in 1997,
added software programs Advertisement Wizard for eBay (14.95)
to provide HTML templates to create online auction ads, and
has now added eAssist ($49.95) for eBay. A TAG source has
heard that WebSabre will be including a CD with their programs
Auction Management (eAssist), Ad Creation (Advertisement Wizard)
and Collector's Database (Inventory). in an upcoming issue of eBay
Magazine. The is expected on street 5/9. Right now they use
RubyLane for counters, but rumor has it that they will soon be
