eBay had problems for about a half hour with the ability to post credit
card information to eBay accounts, and with receiving validation
for
information submitted by new sellers. This was reported by eBay
at
18:23 PT and reported fixed at 18:53.
A comment from the boards today was that Billpoint is available to all
eBay users IN THE USA, not outside the US.
