eBay held their regularly scheduled maintenance on Fri 31 Mar
between 01:00 PT and 05:00 PT .

eBay has launched a new project to redesign their Home Page.
They are looking for user feedback during the next 10 days,
to help in their decision, through a customer survey.
Preview the proposed Home Page at:

eBay is adding a billpoint section to the listing page directly
below the payment methods section. When you do a listing, you
can choose the option of including billpoint as a payment method.
If you select it, your buyers can pay for their item using a credit
card. There will be no other changes to the listing form at this
time. You have to register with billpoint before you can list an
item with the billpoint payment option. Billpoint will be available
to all US eBay sellers by mid-April. View the revised listing form at
eBay is also adding billpoint to the search page

eBay Great Collections is inaugurating Featured Auction listings.

There is a flaw in eBays new bidding tutorial which can only be used
with Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 + Web browser, not Netscape
Navigator. The tutorial is also NOT available for Macintosh, AOL
browsers, or Web TV.
