eBay will be unavailable on Friday morning, 24 Mar, between
01:00 PT and 05:00 PT for regularly scheduled maintenance.

eBay is changing the Dutch Auction bidding process to make it easier
for buyers to understand when they must increase a bid to win an
item. Instead of having the opening bid the same as the minimum bid,
if all the items in a Dutch Auction have been bid on, a bid increment
box will show in the bid box automatically telling the bidder that
they must bid more than the opening bid price. This change goes into
effect today. All other aspects of the Dutch Auction format remain
the same. For more information on the Dutch Auction format, go to
http://pages.ebay.com/help/basics/g-dutch-auction.html

eBay continues to have trouble with their MisterLister upload utility.
There may be difficulties uploading and submitting collections
through Mister Lister during prime listing hours, usually between
16:00 PT and 21:00 PT. They recommend you do your uploads earlier in
the day. Your items will reside in the Review Collections area
for up to 2 weeks where you can approve them at any time.
Engineering is trying to come up with ways to fix this reoccurring
problem.

eBay today launched another feedback forum solution. Users who
elect to make their Feedback Profile private will have their Feedback
Rating replaced by the word `private'. Details on their Feedback
Profile are still available by clicking on the word `private'. This
will stay in place for as long as the user keeps their Feedback
private. Feedback Revisions and information can be found at
