The Online Auction Management Tool report, we hoped to have out by
Mid February has been delayed by several weeks. We hope to have it

The feedback forum started to experience slow response at 16:08 PT.
This was reported resolved at 17:22 PT on 23 Feb with a message
saying that system was working as of 19:00 PT on 22 Feb.

At approx 11:58 PT one of eBays major Internet Service Providers had
problems resulting in slow response times and some inaccessibility
to eBay for many users. This was reported resolved at 17:23 PT. To

AuctionRover has redesigned and relaunched their site. Features
they have added or enhanced are:
1. Featured AR Sellers are highlighted in category searches, adding
exposure. Bidders will see and have access to all the sellers
auctions listed through AuctionManager, no matter what auction site
they are listed on.
2. Bulk Image and Inventory Uploading allows upload of hundreds or
thousands of images and inventory items into an Image Library.
Advanced sellers using spreadsheets or other files for inventory
management can import those files into AuctionManager in one step.
3. Post Sale Management is now available for auction sellers.
Sellers can track scheduled, open and closed auctions, send
customizable automated emails to auction winners, track payment,
shipping and auto post feedback for buyers to multiple auction sites.
4. Scheduled Postings allows sellers to schedule auction postings up
to one month in advance, during any 15-minute period of time.
5. Bulk Counters are now available, and there are more than 50
specialty counters to fit with a seller's auction, in many
categories.
6. Customer Care program provides customer support for users through
active discussion boards and email communications.
7. Tutorial and Help Articles give a step-by-step tutorial of seller
services features, and the site also provides an archive of seller-
specific articles and columns with tips and tricks for both novice
and expert sellers.
8. Category Navigation adds new search categories such as
Entertainment, Travel, Vehicles and Real Estate, and more search
subcategories. These additions along with a new interface, should
make navigation easier.
9. Advanced Search allows users to search more specific terms using
a customizable search and search views, with sorting and price range
options.
10. Saved Search and Saved Auction capabilities are extended to
additional sites, including eBay. Users can track a particular
search or auction and can be notified via email or pager in whatever
time increments they choose.
11. Improved Price Trending has updated trending graphs. They have
added more data points and a new product comparison feature.

The site downloads fairly fast, and seems to function smoothly. We
found the pale blue a little too pale, and a bit hard on the eyes.
The chat boards are very quiet, and appear to get only a few posts a
